Next, choose your travel period – this determines the price of your trip. The following step is to select a start date for your travel program. After selecting your start date, you will specify the number of participants, including Adults, Children (2-11 years), Teenagers (12-17 years), and Infants (0-2 years).
Please note: All prices are per person, based on two adults sharing a room.
It is possible to request a single room, but since prices and availability vary, this is subject to request.
We constantly work to make booking our travel packages directly on our website as easy as possible. If you have any questions or suggestions for improving our booking process, feel free to contact us.
If you book your trip more than 65 days before departure, most bookings will be confirmed within 1-3 business days. You will receive your travel confirmation along with an invoice and payment instructions.
Please note: International flights are not included in our packages.
Remember to book your flights to match the dates stated in your travel itinerary. If you wish to extend your trip, either arriving before the program starts or staying longer afterward, make sure to consider this when booking your flights.
N’Joy Travelling offers flight booking as a separate service. A fixed fee of Euro 65 per ticket applies. We can book with most airlines, routes, destinations, and ticket types.
If you would like to combine multiple tours, for example, a 6-day round trip in Thailand followed by an island-hopping adventure in Southern Thailand, this is of course possible. You can either book both tours consecutively on our website or send us a request – and we’ll arrange everything for you.
We always require full names, ages, and room preferences for all participants.
Important: Prices are generally per person based on a minimum of two people sharing a double room.
If you’re traveling alone, a single room supplement will apply. If you’re traveling as a family and wish to stay in a family room, this is also possible. However, please note that this usually requires reconfirmation with our local partners, as family rooms are limited and in high demand.
All offers and prices we provide are subject to final confirmation of your trip – this usually takes place within 1-3 business days.
If your reservation is made during the weekend, confirmation will earliest be available on the next business day.
Along with our final confirmation of your trip, you will receive an invoice with details on how to pay the deposit and remaining balance.
If you have selected any optional add-ons, these will be confirmed separately.
On several of our tours and stays, you will find different options regarding room types, standards, and the number of people per room.
As a general rule, base prices are listed per person based on 2 people sharing a room.
If you are traveling alone, a single room supplement will apply, as we do not offer room sharing with travelers outside your own group.
A deposit of 50% of the total trip price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 65 days before departure. If the trip is booked less than 90 days before departure, the full amount is due immediately upon booking.
Payment can be made via invoice, which will be sent along with your booking confirmation. Our bank account details and transfer codes will be provided for the payment.
It is also possible to pay by most major credit cards – please note that any credit card fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation and invoice outlining your trip details and terms.
Travel documents – including hotel vouchers and tour vouchers – will be sent via email 30 to 45 days before departure.
If your booking does not include flights, it is possible to change the names of participants.
A fee of Euro 95 per change will apply for any modifications made after the booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations must be made in writing to N’Joy Travelling and can only be requested by the person who made the booking.
For cancellations more than 65 days before departure, a cancellation fee of min. 25% to 50% of the total trip price will normally apply. The remaining amount will be refunded.
For cancellations later than 65 days before departure, a minimum of 50% and up to 100% of the total trip price will be charged.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be given.
Please note that some trips may have special conditions and cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.
If you have booked flights through N’Joy Travelling, these are considered a separate order. If the flight tickets are cancelled after issuance/confirmation, they are non-refundable in most cases.
We highly recommend that all customers purchase travel insurance as well as cancellation insurance covering illness.
