Purchase conditions
Order
Registration for the trip is binding upon booking. Bookings must always be reconfirmed by NJoy Travelling – which will be done by email no later than 1-3 working days after the reservation is received.
Payment
Payment & Booking Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 65 days before departure.
Payment can be made during the booking process, where you will be directed to the payment solution on our website. If credit card payment is selected via the online payment solution, the full amount of the trip will be charged at the time of booking. Liability rules remain the same regardless of the payment method.
It is also possible to pay via bank transfer. If you wish to use this option, select payment by invoice during booking. Payment details will be provided on the invoice, which will be sent along with the final travel confirmation.
Travel documents, hotel vouchers, and tour vouchers are typically issued 30–45 days before departure.
Failure to make payments on time may affect the status of your booking, and in some cases, reservations may be canceled. Additional costs may be incurred for rebooking and restoring reservations. If the remaining balance is not paid on time or is missing entirely, the trip deposit will be forfeited.
Additional Purchases
During the booking process, you will have the option to add extra services to your trip. Prices for these optional add-ons are not listed upfront, and we will provide you with the current price upon request. You are then free to decide whether you would like to proceed with the additional purchase.
Name change
We charge a fee of EUR 90 per name change made after the booking confirmation.
For travel bookings that include prepaid tickets, train reservations, or other transportation, there may be additional costs for changing the names of travelers.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel your trip more than 65 days before departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total trip price will apply. Certain trips may have special cancellation terms, which will be specified at the time of booking.
For cancellations made later than 65 days before departure, the cancellation fee increases to 50% of the trip price. If the trip is canceled less than 30 days before departure, no refund will be issued.
Flight Booking
Flights can be purchased as an add-on to a booked trip. Please note that airline tickets are not part of a package tour and are always considered a separate product.
Flights can only be paid via bank transfer, and payment must be received by N’Joy Travelling before tickets can be issued.
Flight prices and availability cannot be guaranteed until payment is received.
If you wish to add a flight to your trip, this must be requested at the time of booking your stay or tour package.
A fixed service fee per ticket will be charged by N’Joy Travelling, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Flight Ticket Terms & Conditions
Flight tickets must be paid in full before issuance.
Once issued, flight tickets are non-refundable.
Name changes on flight tickets may result in significant fees and, in many cases, the full ticket cost may be lost. Fees vary based on airline regulations and ticket type.
Special rules apply to flight tickets and other transportation bookings. These tickets are usually non-refundable, and additional costs may apply if changes to the trip require the purchase of new tickets.
Change of travel dates/time
Changes to Travel Dates
Changing your travel dates can be made for a fee of EUR 100 per participant, plus any price difference for the new trip. Travel prices may vary depending on the selected departure date.
N’Joy Travelling cannot guarantee that date changes will be possible in advance. A minimum processing time of 2 business days is required to confirm any requested date change for an already booked trip.
Please note that issued tickets and transportation included in a travel package are often non-refundable. As a result, additional costs may apply for purchasing new tickets when making changes to your trip.
Delayed Attendance
Delayed Attendance Policy
It is important that you arrive on time for your trip’s scheduled departure. Failure to arrive on time may result in the loss of all or part of your trip, with no refund provided for late attendance.
Pre-booked tickets and transportation will be forfeited if you do not arrive on time for departures. Rebooking or catching up with the travel itinerary may incur additional costs.

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance as well as cancellation insurance in case of illness.

If you experience any issues or situations during your trip that do not meet your expectations or differ from the planned itinerary, please contact our local representatives as soon as possible.
We have tour leaders, guides, and representatives at all destinations who are available to assist you in the best possible way. Their contact information is provided in your travel documents.
If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, please contact N’Joy Travelling’s emergency number, which is also listed in your travel documents.

Partial Trip Cancellations & Program Changes
If parts of your trip cannot be completed, we will compensate you for the affected portions in accordance with the itinerary.
Please note that some travel programs allow for adjustments, as local conditions may require a certain level of flexibility. For these trips, refunds will not be available for itinerary changes.
